  • Plate and serve light food including pre-prepared salads, olives, nuts, and ice cream
  • Maintain a relaxed yet attentive presence around the poolside area
  • Keep the bar area tidy and well stocked
  • As a host, you may well be required to support in other areas such as the Baa Bar on occasion

Operations & Administration

  • Manage spa administration during quieter periods
  • Support diary management and guest communications
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between spa therapists and guests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the spa

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally warm, welcoming, and passionate about guest experience
  • Organised and confident managing bookings, emails, and administrative tasks
  • Comfortable balancing reception duties with light food and beverage service
  • Calm and professional in a serene spa environment
  • Proactive and able to stay productive during quieter periods
  • A team player with excellent communication skills

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
