Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience working within commercial business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating technical needs for commercial goals.
  • 5 years of experience managing and leading a services team (e.g., technical sales, sales/deployment engineers, technical support, or technical consultants).
  • Experience working on measurement and data science from a commercial or product point of view.
  • Experience building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder networks, with experience navigating corporate structures to deliver against business plans.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working with Google Ads technology (or comparable digital advertising platforms), or 5 years of experience consulting in a technology-related field.
  • Deep technical and commercial knowledge of the media and video advertising domain (ideally measurement solutions and deployment tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate highly ambiguous situations, solve complex technical or business problems, and scale solutions effectively across a highly distributed, matrixed organization.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to adapt highly technical concepts to executive business audiences, sales leaders, and external clients.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As the Measurement Manager, you will serve as a leader, product advocate and bridge between gTech Ads and sales leadership within the UKI market. You will lead a team of specialized technical experts who critically assess customer maturity along the product adoption maturity curve. For Measurement and Data Science solutions, you will be integrating service offerings directly into business strategies to drive media activation and business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Measurement Product Deployment Engineers (PDEs) and Data Scientists, fostering an entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the product portfolio to optimize customer goals across the market.
  • Maintain deep connectivity with Measurement Sales Leads and Large Customer Sales (LCS) Product Specialist Leaders to establish joint priorities and resolve complex, high-value client technical issues.
  • Coordinate the delivery of technical implementations and advanced platform configurations to graduate key advertisers along the product maturity curve.
  • Participate in regional and global Measurement product communities to maintain a bi-directional information flow between global product teams and local market squads.
