Overview
We are hiring a Measurement Transformation Lead to help shape the future of how marketing effectiveness drives growth. This is a rare opportunity to define and embed a next-generation measurement vision across Sky and Publicis Next, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and decision-making. You’ll influence how investment decisions are made, ensuring measurement becomes a true catalyst for smarter, faster growth. Responsibilities
- Define and lead a transformation roadmap that advances measurement maturity across Sky and Publicis Next
- Design and embed a unified effectiveness framework connecting MMM, attribution, testing, and brand measurement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping how measurement supports confident business decisions
- Translate advanced methodologies into clear, actionable frameworks used by planners and marketers
- Champion modern growth science approaches, including causal inference and Bayesian thinking, within decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and impact
- Establish governance across KPIs, measurement standards, and learning agendas to ensure consistency and quality
Qualifications
- Experience leading measurement, marketing effectiveness, or growth strategy in complex environments
- Strong understanding of advanced measurement approaches such as MMM, attribution, experimentation, and brand tracking
- A track record of driving transformation programmes with clear business impact
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility at executive level
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas while maintaining analytical integrity
- People leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team development
- Systems thinking mindset, balancing theory, practicality, and commercial outcomes
