About the Role
We couldn’t do it without you…
As a Mechanic, you’ll ensure customer vehicles are road-ready. You’ll focus on meticulous work, strong teamwork, and pride in your craft. You’ll work on a broad range of car brands and models, staying updated with the latest automotive technology.

Essential Skills
✔ A Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance Certificate and automotive industry experience ✔ Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Commitment to quality standards & deadlines ✔ Proactive, problem-solving attitude ✔ Ability to follow instructions accurately ✔ Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities
- Performing servicing, maintenance & repairs to high standards
- Diagnosing vehicle issues through engine/electrical component inspections and computer-based diagnostics
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts
- Conducting DVSA vehicle testing (if authorised)
- Road testing repaired vehicles
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Following checklists & documentation standards
