Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role located in the United Kingdom. The Mechanic will perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles, ensuring all work meets established safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with service advisors and other workshop team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Occasionally supporting restoration projects on classic vehicles
The successful candidate will be expected to follow workshop procedures, use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment, and contribute to a professional and respectful working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in a professional workshop.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation, with solid problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, especially when working on high-value and heritage vehicles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and interact professionally with customers when required.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive technology or vehicle maintenance; apprenticeship or prior experience with luxury or classic cars is an advantage.
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines, maintain an orderly workspace, and manage time to meet service deadlines.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to work on-site full time.
