What We Offer Our Mechanics
- £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, DOE
- Performance bonuses each three-year period (subject to terms & conditions – up to £9,000 additional)

Essential Requirements & Skills
- Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 certification (or equivalent)
- Substantial industry experience in automotive repairs & maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a busy team with efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication (customer-facing and technical)
- Exceptional attention to detail – recognising faults and ensuring flawless repairs
- Commitment to high standards – punctuality, deadlines, and accuracy
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow technical instructions, schematics, and checklists strictly
- Full UK driving licence
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance at industry-standard
- Engine and mechanical/electronic diagnostics, using modern diagnostic tools
- Repair or replacement of faulty components with precision
- Performing DVSA tests (if authorised)
- Road testing repaired vehicles to ensure safety standards
- Equipment inspection and tool maintenance
- Strict adherence to checklists and all safety procedures
- Accurate completion of documentation for each task
