Mechanic
We Offer Our Mechanics
- £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits
- Additional performance bonuses – Up to £9,000 every three years (terms and conditions apply)
- Overtime paid – Time and a half
- Location: Renault/Dacia, Liverpool
- Annual leave: 33 days (with room to grow)

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- A Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Relevant work experience in the automotive industry
- Independent & team-based ability – efficient under pressure
- Strong communication skills – both technical and customer-focused
- Attention to detail – meticulous in inspections & repairs
- Proactive attitude – initiative to deliver high-quality work
- Follow instructions with precision (written & spoken)
- Full driving licence
Day-to-Day Duties
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance to industry standards
- Diagnose vehicle issues using computerised diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace faulty parts with efficiency
- Conduct DVSA vehicle tests (if authorised)
- Road test vehicles post-repair to ensure safety
- Maintain equipment and keep tools in optimal condition
- Follow checklists to ensure compliance
- Comply with documentation standards
