About this role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Site Supervisor to join one of our projects in Dartford, Kent, consisting of 3 new build warehouse units. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising the installation of mechanical and electrical services, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. The role would start late May/early June 2025 and last until practical completion of the buildings in October 2025.

Responsibilities
- Induction and supervision of various sub-contractors ensuring risk assessments and method statements are complied with and updated as necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
- Undertake and record safety checks of equipment.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Ensure works are proceeding to the contract programme and have the ability to re-schedule works if necessary to ensure works are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specification.
- Carry out and record quality checks on installations.
- Report on progress to the M&E Contracts Managers.
- Liaison with main contractor on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Demonstrable knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
- SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
- CSCS Gold card or higher
- Strong communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
- Background history working on commercial projects
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel
