The Role

As an M&E Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical and electrical projects across the UK. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the high standards our clients expect from Arcade.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour teams
  • Managing health and safety on site and ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Delivering projects to programme and budget
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and principal contractors
  • Managing labour resources, materials and site logistics
  • Conducting inductions, toolbox talks and site briefings
  • Supporting commissioning and project handover activities
  • Maintaining the high standards of quality and professionalism that Arcade is known for

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager within commercial or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to projects across the UK
