Essential Responsibilities:
- Work safely as an individual and as part of a team in a physically demanding role.
- Ensure timely delivery of work to both internal and external customers, working as an individual or as part of a team.
- Mark out, drill, and fit equipment to provided layouts.
- Read and follow bills of materials, standard operating procedures, assembly drawings, and instructions.
- Torque power connections competently.
- Adhere to process standards and operating procedures.
- Identify potential issues and propose logical corrective/preventative actions.
- Share your skills and knowledge willingly with colleagues.
- Maintain accountability for achieving productivity, quality standards, and attendance goals.
- Operate Kanban stock systems.

The ideal applicant will possess solid, relevant experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Although experience in other mechanical disciplines will also be considered.
