Job Purpose
Provides engineering solutions in line with TechnipFMC’s standards, procedures, schedules, and budget, with constant attention to quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes tasks based on departmental instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements, leveraging technically correct engineering analysis and optimised solutions.
- Provides technical assistance to other functions within the organization.
- Works independently on assigned tasks and collaborates on more complex projects under supervision.
- Supervises junior engineering personnel, reviewing calculations, designs, layouts, and delivering this guidance to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Develops designs from customer proposals or internal specifications, conducting necessary verifications and reviewing technical documents and drawings per design standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Relevant Engineering Degree.
- Skilled in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledgeable in engineering drawing, dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Capable of creating engineering documentation and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Understanding of materials science.
Desirable
- Familiarity with 3D Modeling & Drafting Standards (e.g., NX or equivalent).
- Experience in surface wellhead and tree technology.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes (e.g., API 6A, ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with TechnipFMC systems, databases, and processes.
- MS Office proficiency.
Key Competencies
- Strong engineering design aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Strong grasp of QHSE fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, culturally diverse environment.
- Proven planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
