Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Contract Role – Aberdeen

Join our latest project!

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client in Aberdeen on a 5-month contract, operating outside IR35.

About the Project

  • The project will initially require on-site presence for training and onboarding
  • After onboarding, hybrid/remote flexibility will apply
  • This is an ASAP opportunity—interviews will begin as soon as suitable profiles are identified

Requirements & Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • A Mechanical Engineering background with experience:
    • Interpreting engineering drawings
    • Conducting redlining or PDF annotation (engineering drawing markups)
    • Working with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
    • Exposure to PLM systems or similar engineering document control tools
