Equans is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with Water Bias to join our team in Westminster, London. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including domestic and closed water systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and pressure systems
- Provide first line response to reactive call-outs, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with approved codes of practice
- Assist with building fabric and electrical systems maintenance as required
- Collaborate with engineering supervisor and specialist subcontractors to deliver high quality service

Who are you?
- L8 qualified with City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ in plumbing and mechanical engineering
- Experienced in building services and the 18th Edition Test and Inspection
- Practical with good common sense and ability to work well with diverse teams
- Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
- Able to act on own initiative and deliver work to high standards safely
