Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our building services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and oversight of mechanical systems across residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for residential and commercial buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Produce detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD and BIM tools.
  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Review and approve mechanical system installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving guidance during construction and post-installation.
  • Assist in cost estimation, procurement, and project scheduling as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building services engineering for residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and BIM workflows.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
