Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
- Install, service, and maintain a range of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working as a Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
- A recognised mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
- Good communication skills.
