Role: Electrical, Mechanical, or Cross-Disciplinary Engineering Expert (Remote)
About the Role
One of our clients is seeking domain experts to help AI interpret and solve complex technical engineering problems. As a consultant, you will:
- Create rigorous technical prompts tailored to frontier AI
- Validate AI-generated reasoning for engineering accuracy
- Provide expert feedback to refine AI’s technical understanding
This fully remote role operates on a flexible schedule, ideal for professionals who thrive in asynchronous collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated text for:
- Factual engineering accuracy
- Domain-specific relevance
- Develop challenging technical prompts in your specialised discipline (e.g., electrical engineering)
- Generate expert-quality responses highlighting best practices in design, analysis, and methodology
- Review and correct AI-generated reasoning chains for logical and technical validity
- Offer clear, concise written feedback on engineering:
- Problem-solving approaches
- Methodological rigor
- Standards adherence
- Collaborate with a global team of experts to establish and maintain high-quality technical benchmarks

Required Skills
✅ Technical Communication
- Ability to articulate engineering concepts in fluent, precise written English
- Expertise in documenting reasoning, methodologies, and corrections
✅ Analytical Rigor
- Attention to detail when validating technical claims
- Comfortable working with unstructured problem-solving tasks
✅ Autonomy & Independence
- Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment
- Strong self-directed approach to scheduling and project delivery
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Materials Science, Nuclear, or Engineering Physics
- Work Experience:
- At least 2–3 years as a practicing engineer
- Researcher in a highly technical/analytical role
- Consultant in a similar specialised engineering discipline

Compensation
- Hourly rate: Up to $150 USD/hr
- Payment: Weekly via PayPal, AirTM, or supported financial service platforms
