About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to make cutting-edge language models smarter, safer, and more technically rigorous — and we need mechanical engineers to help us do it.
As a Mechanical Engineering Expert, you'll stress-test advanced AI systems on topics like fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, structural mechanics, and mechatronics. You'll design problems that expose the limits of AI reasoning, author gold-standard solutions, and provide the structured feedback that helps these models think better.

Who You Are
Essential Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Or a closely related field
- Strong foundational expertise in one or more of the following:
- Solid mechanics
- Fluid mechanics
- Thermodynamics
- CAD/CAM
- Manufacturing processes
- Ability to communicate complex physical phenomena and technical reasoning clearly and concisely in writing
- Highly detail-oriented, especially when reviewing:
- Mathematical derivations
- Unit conversions
- Physical system constraints
- No prior AI experience required — your engineering knowledge is what matters
