Role: Mechanical Engineering Professor (Remote)

Payout: $60 - $130/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Mechanical Engineering Professor to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing and delivering specialized engineering courses for a global education platform. You will develop curriculum materials and evaluate student performance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and instruct undergraduate and graduate-level mechanical engineering courses
- Develop and update course syllabi, lecture materials, and lab exercises
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and project assessments
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students via virtual office hours
- Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance learning outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the university level
- Experience with online teaching platforms and LMS tools
- Strong background in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and solid mechanics
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
- Ability to create engaging virtual learning experiences
