About the Company
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling, inspecting and testing high quality fluid system assemblies based on customer requirements. This includes preparing components using CNC tube-cutting machinery, bending tubes to specified tolerances, working with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), technical drawings and written work instructions to deliver leak-tight, high-quality assemblies that meet or exceed our customer standards.

- Building & putting together machine sub-assemblies
- Precision building of special purpose machines
- Must be able to work very tight tolerances
- Prepare and complete all fabrication work in accordance with the latest revision of customer specifications, P&IDs, 2D/3D CAD drawings, and BOMs.
- Safely set up and operate tube-bending equipment to meet exacting tolerances.
- Ensure assemblies meet drawing specified tolerances and quality standards before proceeding to testing.
- Previous experience of working with Swagelok or compression fittings would be an added advantage.
- Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings & schematics.
- Must be able to use various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers, allen keys as well as pipe bending tools.

- Comply with all health and safety requirements, including the proper use of PPE and machinery.
- Identify and report potential hazards and near misses to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
- Participate in daily audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to promote a safe work environment.
