£34,000 - £36,500 + OTE £44K + Training + 33 Days Holiday

Are you an apprentice trained Mechanical Fitter looking to join an established and well-respected company experiencing continuous growth, offering a variety of specialist training relevant to the role, including FLT, grinding, and surface grinding, and ample opportunities for optional overtime to increase earnings?
In this role you will be working alongside a team of Engineers in a variety of different tasks, including positioning, dialling, and setting. You will be based on site, working the assembly line as you strip, assemble and pre-test equipment.
Founded over 35 years ago this company prides itself on providing complex engineering solutions within a range of sectors, including nuclear and automotive, with aims of continuous expansion whilst maintaining their tight-knit, supportive culture.
This role would suit an apprentice trained Mechanical Fitter looking to join a growing and friendly company that offers extensive training, long-term career stability, and the opportunity to develop alongside the business.
The Role
- Fitting duties including positioning, dialling, and setting
- Understand Engineering drawings and manufacturing parts
- Stripping old equipment and assembling new equipment
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4, finish at 12:30 on Friday
