Job Title: Mechanical Inspector
Location: Poole, Dorset (BH15)
Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP40,500 per year
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Aaron Manufacturing is a leading precision engineering company supplying high-quality components to customers within aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, and oil and gas industries.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our Quality team.
The Role
Working closely with our machinists and management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring components meet customer requirements before dispatch.
Your Duties Will Include
- Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
- Producing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Completing inspection documentation.
- Using a wide range of precision measuring equipment.
- Inspecting precision-machined components to tight tolerances.
- Investigating non-conforming products.
- Working with production teams to identify corrective actions.
- Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Releasing conforming products for dispatch.

Essential
About You:
- Previous Mechanical Inspection experience.
- Engineering or manufacturing background.
- Experience inspecting precision-engineered components.
- Understanding of ISO9001 quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication skills.
