Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers

Location: Bristol, Derby or Solihull

Rolls-Royce is seeking experienced Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business.


About the Role

Our Mechanical Integrity teams provide critical analytical expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and robust aerospace products throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Engineers in this role work across:

  • Product design
  • Development
  • Certification activities

They contribute to ensuring critical components and systems perform safely in high-demand operating environments.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related engineering disciplines (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience in stress, integrity, lifing, or analytical engineering fields
  • Depth of knowledge in fatigue, fracture mechanics, durability or structural assessments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working in regulated engineering environments is advantageous

  • Security Clearance: Mandatory for the Defence Early Life Cycle role. Rolls-Royce will support Security Clearance application processes for eligible candidates.
