As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our specialist engineering team.
This is a varied, hands-on maintenance role where no two days are the same. You'll be working on a wide range of mechanical building services and residential systems, carrying out fault finding, servicing, repairs and planned maintenance across some of London's most prestigious properties.
We're looking for an engineer with a minimum of 10 years' experience who is confident working independently and has extensive knowledge of Fan Coil Units (FCUs), MVHR systems, underfloor heating, booster pumps, circulating pumps, domestic plumbing systems and general property maintenance. Experience with HIUs, pressurisation units and communal heating systems would also be highly advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
