Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: South Lanarkshire (Workshop & Site Based)
Salary: Competitive DOE + Overtime + Pension + Excellent Career Progression
Shifts: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00 (overtime available at enhanced rates)
The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing installation team based in South Lanarkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career within mechanical engineering. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and fitters both in the workshop and on customer sites, receiving training and development while supporting mechanical installation projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of mechanical equipment and pipework
- Support workshop assembly and preparation of equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
- Assist with site installation work
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Support commissioning activities
- Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements
Essential
- Practical and hands-on approach
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable with good attendance
- Able to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
Desirable
- Previous labouring or mechanical experience
- CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
