Role: Mechanical / Project Design and Support Engineer
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Key Relationships: All Managers & Teams
What You'll Be Doing

Whether your background is in design engineering, technical support, manufacturing, maintenance, or product development, we are interested in hearing from individuals who are passionate about engineering and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams.
- Supporting the design, development, and improvement of products and engineering solutions.
- Producing and maintaining technical drawings, specifications, reports, and documentation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through effective problem-solving and analysis.
- Working closely with production, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and company standards.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.

What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Solidworks & AutoCAD
- Experience with construction machinery, hydraulic and electronic control systems.
- Workshop-led mindset – able to translate design into real-world manufacture
- Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of work.
