We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor to recruit a Mechanical Project Engineer for their major schemes division in Central London. This business is renowned for its engineering-led approach, offering the perfect environment for a technically sharp engineer to fast-track their career on projects valued up to £80M.
The Opportunity
The Projects: Support the delivery of massive mechanical packages on flagship commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
The Location: Central London
The Role: Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you will be the technical heartbeat of the project. You’ll manage technical submittals, coordinate RFIs, oversee spatial/BIM coordination, and manage specialist sub-contractors on-site to ensure quality and compliance.

What we are looking for:
- Proven Track Record: Experience working as a Mechanical Engineer or Coordinator for an M&E contractor, ideally exposed to packages upwards of £5M–£10M.
- Technical Sharpness: Strong technical understanding of HVAC, public health, and energy systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills—you’ll be coordinating between design teams, main contractors, and site supervisors.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification (Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services).
