Our Client is a leader in providing Mechanical / Electrical etc Building Services across the Construction Industry including MOD projects.
Salary: Up to £80k, with potential to reach £90k for the right candidate. The role also includes a quarterly bonus, company car, 28 days holiday, and private healthcare.
Location: Ideally located in Essex or East Anglia.
Role: We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with experience in end-to-end project delivery on a variety of project types. The role will involve stakeholder management, project planning, surveying, estimating, commercial oversight, and ensuring successful project delivery to the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate: Candidates with strong M&E experience would be particularly attractive, although we are open to individuals with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced environment. The position is primarily focused on the South East, but a willingness to travel when required is important.
