🚨 We’re hiring: Mechanical Project Manager 🚨
📍 London | 💷 £55,000–£65,000 DOE | 💰 Performance-related bonus | 🏠 Some hybrid flexibility
Semper Services is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of small works and larger mechanical projects across London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background who is ready to step into a broader project delivery role.
You’ll work closely with the Contracts Manager and manage projects from initial site survey through to mobilisation, delivery, completion, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Surveying and scoping mechanical works
- Coordinating engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Managing projects against scope, programme, and budget
- Reviewing RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work
- Monitoring labour, material, and subcontractor costs
- Managing client communication and site delivery
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and ready for invoicing
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, or a related discipline
- Strong practical mechanical or building-services experience
- Experience within facilities management, maintenance, building services, or M&E contracting
- Experience surveying and managing mechanical works
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Confidence working with clients and managing multiple projects
