Mechanical Lead – Decarbonisation | Healthcare Projects | Hybrid Working
I'm currently supporting a leading Building Services contractor in the search for an experienced Mechanical Lead – Decarbonisation to join their growing team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll act as the technical authority across a portfolio of major public sector projects, helping shape the future of low-carbon mechanical solutions within live healthcare environments.

The role will involve:
- Leading the delivery of mechanical decarbonisation strategies across multiple projects.
- Providing technical assurance and sign-off on complex mechanical solutions.
- Driving the adoption of low-carbon heating technologies including ASHP, GSHP & WSHP.
- Working closely with senior clients and stakeholders across live healthcare estates.
- Mentoring engineering teams and supporting the continued growth of the decarbonisation function.

- Extensive Mechanical Building Services experience.
- A strong background delivering projects within live healthcare/NHS environments.
- Experience with mechanical retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
- Strong client-facing and technical leadership capabilities.
