ROSS Cx is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to join our client-side PMC team on a live hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium.

You will provide direct supervision of the general contractor's mechanical works across the data hall floors, with a focus on safe installation, quality, and programme delivery through to integrated system testing and handover.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site mechanical installation activities within the data halls to ensure safe, on-time delivery against project schedules.
  • Lead the general contractor's mechanical subcontractors and direct trades, monitoring daily performance and resolving technical installation conflicts in real time.
  • Conduct routine QA inspections and manage snagging workflows to ensure zero-failure compliance in a critical environment.
  • Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams to prevent spatial clashes and avoid delays.
  • Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental protocols, verifying that all RAMS and permit to work systems are strictly followed.
  • Support end-to-end commissioning and system validation through to integrated system testing (IST) and final handover.
  • Act as the client's eyes and ears on the data hall floor, reporting installation issues, non-conformances, and progress risks to the PMC team daily.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
