GM Services Cornwall is a well-established Electrical and Mechanical contracting company based in Cornwall. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Mechanical Supervisor to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong plumbing and heating knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a range of plumbing and heating projects across Cornwall and Devon.
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, develop, and support team members to achieve high performance.
- Survey, estimate, and quote for small works and maintenance projects.
- Produce method statements and risk assessments.

Requirements
Essential
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating installations.
- Experience working as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer and within a supervisor role.
- Estimating experience.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with others.
- Client-facing experience.
- Logical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Gas industry experience.
- OFTEC experience.
- Experience in a similar role.
