Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor

UK-Wide Travel | Remote-Based

AD Energy Recruitment is partnering with a growing and innovative renewable energy business to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor to support anaerobic digestion and resource recovery facilities across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical professional who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating site activities, mentoring engineers, and ensuring mechanical works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Whether you already have experience within biogas and anaerobic digestion or come from a wider industrial, utilities, process plant, manufacturing, or service engineering background, this role offers the opportunity to develop specialist expertise within one of the fastest-growing sectors in renewable energy.

The Role

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing mechanical maintenance, installation, commissioning, and repair activities across a portfolio of renewable energy facilities.

Working closely with site teams, contractors, and service engineers, you will ensure works are planned effectively, completed safely, and delivered in line with operational and customer expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with site coordination and team supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
