We are looking for
A Mechanical Testing Operator / Lab Technician (gn) to join a flexible team working a 12-hour shift pattern. In this role, you will support the testing of resin film adhesives by preparing test specimens and performing mechanical tests to ensure products meet required quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical testing of resin film adhesives
- Preparation and testing of mechanical test specimens
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership and work in adherence with company policies
- Liaising with various areas of the business to ensure the demands of the business are met
- Participate in company initiatives and continuous improvement activities

You will bring
- Experience using mechanical test equipment and specimen preparation, nice to have
- Strong commitment to all aspects of workplace safety, ideally based on experience in similar environments
- Comfortable with PC/software-based processes
- Knowledge of LIMS, SAP, or similar systems, preferred
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift pattern
