About the Role...

As a Media Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, delivering integrated media campaigns across both online and offline channels. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day...

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
  • Coordinating integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, from planning through to delivery.
  • Working alongside media planners and buyers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Presenting campaign performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

What We're Looking For...

  • Previous experience working as an Account Manager within a media, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Experience managing integrated media campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, commercially minded individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
