Media Operations & Efficiency Executive CONTRACTOR
Chertsey, Surrey (Hybrid Working)
£220 per day
Contract until the end of 2026, with potential to extend
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Media Operations & Efficiency Executive to join a leading global technology organisation's European Media team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a grounding in media or marketing who enjoys variety, takes ownership of projects, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll support media operations, campaign delivery, governance initiatives and continuous improvement projects across multiple European markets, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Support media operations and campaign delivery across Europe.
- Coordinate projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive operational improvements and support media efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge management resources, playbooks and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports and internal communications for regional teams.
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute to media best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Must have experience within media, marketing or an agency environment (graduate programme experience welcomed).
- A good understanding of media planning, campaign delivery and the paid media landscape.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Naturally curious, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
