Media Assistant & Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Media Assistant & Customer Service Assistant to join the Legacy Bench team. This varied role combines media, administration and customer service. You'll help support the day-to-day running of our podcast, social media channels, filming days and office operations, while ensuring guests, partners and customers receive an excellent experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced media environment and wants to develop a career in digital media, marketing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Media & Marketing

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Assist with creating engaging social media posts, graphics and promotional content.
  • Upload and optimise YouTube videos, podcasts and other digital content.
  • Help maintain and update the company website.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with email marketing and newsletters.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond where appropriate.
  • Assist with basic graphic design using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Support content planning and marketing campaigns.

Customer Service & Administration

  • Respond to customer, guest and client enquiries via email, phone and social media.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
  • Assist with booking guests, coordinating schedules and confirming appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and internal systems.
  • Support general office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners and external contacts.
  • Assist with organising events and filming days.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design software is desirable.
  • Experience with WordPress is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable.
