Our client, a digital marketing agency based in Cyprus known for building engaging, user-focused digital experiences for their clients, is currently looking for a Media Buyer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and PPC, running structured A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
You’re based somewhere in Europe and will be engaged as a contractor, full-time, and you will invoice the company. Salary idea €28-35K. The company has an office in Limassol and could offer “classic” employment if you want to work from their office in Cyprus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads
- Design and run A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve performance
- Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs, optimizing for ROAS/CPA
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to white-hat, compliant advertising practices
- Act as a point of contact for visa-related information and processes relevant to the business
- Support and provide guidance on sweepstake promotion requirements and rules
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy with business goals
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Education, Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous hands-on experience with PPC and Google Ads – non-negotiable
- Proven experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to drive optimization
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working remotely / cross-border with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with visa/immigration processes (or willingness to learn and act as an internal resource)
- Prior exposure to sweepstake or promotions-based marketing models
- Experience with additional PPC platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Highly results-driven!
