Media Coordinator

This role is based in NYC, available to be in office 2x/week.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or paid media role
  • Interest and passion for digital media and b2b marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Proven success working in a collaborative and fast pace team environment
  • Strong organizational/project management skills and high attention to detail
  • Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support Media team on day-to-day functions
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Update and maintain team documents
  • Learn and utilize media planning, execution, and monitoring tools
  • Monitor trends, tools, and applications in paid media environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge
  • Manage day-to-day communication with key partners
  • Support team with campaign performance with the ability to distill and curate insights and findings
