This role is for a curious, driven, and collaborative creative who thrives at the intersection of craftsmanship and strategy. You’ll shape visual storytelling across everything—social media, products, brand, and internal messaging—while pushing boundaries with AI and leading with initiative.
About the Role
We’re looking for a rare combination of artistic vision and go-to-market brilliance. Your work should move hearts, drive behaviour, and leave a lasting impact—whether it’s a viral social campaign, a high-engagement product video, or a pitch-deck that converts. Your skills will propel Bending Spoons’ ambitious growth long-term.
- Key themes: Regenerative creativity | Driving urgency | Problem-solving with design
- Deliverables you’ll own: Case studies, live projects, technical prototypes, and presentation work.
- Team environment: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, revenue teams) and product-led design partners to solve complex business challenges with impactful visuals.
- Travel & relocation: New hires will be required to spend most days in our Milan office during their first few months to build trust and cultural alignment. Post onboard, we’re flexible—you can collaborate from London, Madrid, Warsaw, or remote from eligible countries.

Deliver Exceptional Creative Work at Scale
- Create visually compelling, business-driven work—everything from social content to brand campaigns, product visuals, and pitch decks—at speed.
- Own end-to-end quality, from brief interpretation to final delivery.
