About Us

The Fundamental Group started out as a media agency, specialising in clients within the Asset Management and Higher Education sectors. Our vision was to become a leading specialist, and we have achieved this through a combination of contemporary and innovative technologies. This includes our in-house proprietary performance marketing technologies and reporting platforms, in-house programmatic solutions, research team and most importantly our people, each with expert sector knowledge.

Over the past 20 years, we have grown into a marketing technology group which numbers over 170 people globally. With a strategic presence across the globe, our offices span key locations including London, Boston, Hong Kong and Sydney.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Media Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Media Specialist Verticals team as a Media Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to assist on our Business Education, Reinsurance and Asset Servicing clients.

If you are just starting out your career, or have taken a career break, but have an interest in media or are willing to learn about it, then this could be the right step for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and monitoring of campaigns.
  • Checking campaigns are live and flighting correctly.
  • Preparing on-going / post-campaign reporting.
  • Preparing competitive data overviews.
  • Learning and working with our ad serving technologies.
  • Feedback and ideas generating for the constant improvement of processes.
  • Helping on a pitch for a new client.
  • Supporting London team.
  • Data input and routine administrative paperwork.

Personal Attributes

  • An interest in media/advertising
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, proactively and be a strong team player.
  • Proven numeracy skills.
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be willing to build the knowledge on daily basis and aptitude to learn about digital advertising and technology.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English. Additional languages are desirable but not necessary.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
