Overview Our London team works with a wide range of clients across entertainment, tourism, culture, and lifestyle brands, delivering data-driven media campaigns that drive real-world impact. As a Media Executive, you’ll support the execution of paid media campaigns across media platforms, learning how to translate client objectives into smart, effective media strategies. You’ll gain hands-on experience with key platforms, budgets, pacing, audience targeting, optimisation, and reporting — building a strong foundation for a long-term career in media. Responsibilities In this competitive early-career role, you will learn and apply the fundamentals of paid media activation, including: Supporting the planning and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others. Assisting in audience research, budget management, campaign setup, pacing, and optimisation. Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to weekly and end-of-campaign reporting. Developing your analytical skill set by working with data, benchmarks, and performance insights. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader strategy and client objectives. Gaining exposure to emerging tools and AI-powered workflows used across the paid media team. You’ll build hands-on, practical skills that position you for rapid professional growth — including progression into Media Planner/Buyer roles as you develop expertise. Qualifications 1+ year of experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a must. Strong interest in applying analytics and data to solve real-world marketing challenges. Confident working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.). Curiosity and enthusiasm for entertainment, culture, tourism, travel, or pop culture is a plus. Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This will be a hybrid role with two mandatory days in our London Office (Soho) per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
