Media Lead – 12-Month FTC Role (September–October 2026)
About Nestlé & This Role
Business Area: Nestlé Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Location: Gatwick (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office) Salary: Up to £70,000, depending on experience
This temporary opportunity reports to the Head of Media Communications within Nestlé’s UKI Marketing team. The Media Lead will drive media excellence across the internal team, leveraging analytics, insights, and performance measurement to inform investments.
Your mission: Bridge strategic media planning with data operations, ensuring smarter decisions and continuous improvement in media effectiveness across Europe.
Your Impact
As Media Lead, you will:
- Lead holistic media strategies across channels, including:
- TV
- Digital
- Search
- Programmatic
- Retail media
- Translate category strategy into clear media plans and toolkits for local markets
- Optimise media investments across brands, portfolios, and markets
- Define and track KPIs, benchmarks, and performance frameworks
- Collaborate with agencies, publishers, and internal teams to deliver innovation in media capabilities

Your Success Ingredients
To excel in this role, you must bring:
- Proven expertise in media strategy, planning, or agency management
- Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape, particularly:
- Search
- Programmatic
- Retail media
- Ability to translate data & insights into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional and international teams
- A collaborative, proactive mindset, with the ability to influence change
- Experience, ideally in FMCG or fast-paced consumer industries
You’ll be passionate, results-driven, and comfortable in evolving environments.
