Location: Gatwick (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Media Lead to join our UKI Marketing team—a temporary opportunity reporting to the Head of Media Communications.
This role will drive media excellence across the internal team, ensuring media investments are informed by data, analytics, and performance measurement. You’ll bridge strategic media planning with operational execution, delivering smarter decision-making and enhancing media effectiveness.
Your Impact
- Lead category media strategy across Europe, improving performance, consistency, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement holistic media strategies across channels including TV, digital, search, programmatic, and retail media.
- Translate global category strategy into actionable plans and toolkits for local markets.
- Optimise media investments across brands, portfolios, and markets.
- Set and track KPIs, benchmarks, and performance frameworks to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with agencies, publishers, and internal teams to deliver innovative, world-class media capabilities.

Your Success Ingredients
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong media expertise, ideally within FMCG or fast-paced consumer environments.
- Passionate, results-driven mindset with excellence in performance improvement and growth strategies.
- Proven experience in:
- Media strategy, planning, or agency management.
- The digital media landscape (e.g., search, programmatic, retail media).
- Strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across cross-functional and international teams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with influence and change-driving capabilities.
