What You’ll Do

  • Lead the localization of diverse media content, including:
    • Training materials
    • Educational programming
    • Radio, TV, Internet spots
    • Animated videos Covering a wide range of subject matters.
  • Manage the full cycle of media localization projects, supported by experienced leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with:
    • Creative teams
    • Voice talents
    • Editors and clients Addressing challenges and delivering projects efficiently.
  • Drive the entire production process, from:
    • Pre-flight checks
    • Vendor selection
    • Scheduling talent, audio, and video editors
  • Oversee pre-production, including:
    • Reviewing project files
    • Selecting top-quality vendors and talent
    • Planning schedules
    • Providing instructions
  • Guide production through:
    • Supervising recording sessions
    • Supporting audio/video editors
    • Providing real-time feedback for quality and consistency
  • Lead post-production to ensure:
    • Flawless video and audio editing
    • Graphics replacement
    • Subtitling
    • Rigorous final checks before delivery
  • Optimize project workflows by:
    • Negotiating with vendors and talent
    • Troubleshooting production issues
    • Collaborating with management to implement improvements
  • Champion quality through:
    • Reviewing final deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and cultural resonance

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Producer or Media Project Manager (preferably in corporate or agency settings).
  • Skilled in managing multiple workflows and communicating effectively with:
    • Creative teams
    • Technical teams
  • Proficient in:
    • Scheduling
    • Guiding and providing feedback to voice talents, studios, and editors (especially in a fast-paced environment)
  • Experience working with multiple AI voiceover platforms and knowledge of:
    • Basic technical and ethical tenets of synthetic voice production
  • Ability to:
    • Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract talents to maximize project efficiency
  • Proactive mindset for recommending process improvements as part of TransPerfect’s commitment to excellence.
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of audio and video content.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-quality results.
  • Thrives on solving problems and helping teams and clients work smarter.
