The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing B2B technology agency with ambitious plans and real momentum. Working with some of the world's most innovative brands, you'll help deliver integrated campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and drive global growth.

Our Media & Performance team is at the heart of that offering and continues to grow. We bring together paid, earned and owned media to create unified strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a team of digital marketers, not just media buyers, we take a platform-agnostic approach to planning, build customer journeys that convert, and execute campaigns that perform across the entire funnel.

The Role

As Media Manager – Programmatic, you'll lead the planning and delivery of innovative programmatic and direct media campaigns for global B2B technology brands. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll work closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable results while helping shape the future of Fox Agency's Media & Performance offering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
