About the role

We are currently working with a global consumer technology brand that is continuing to evolve its media operations and campaign delivery capabilities across Europe.

We are looking for a Media Operations Executive to support media operations, campaign delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives across a fast-paced international environment. This role will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders to support campaign execution and help deliver best-in-class media operations.

This is a hybrid role based in London.

It is a contract role, likely to extend, paying up to £220 per day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end rollout and adoption of media efficiency and governance initiatives.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of media initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Maintain governance documentation, operational resources, and reporting materials.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain internal media resources, templates, and knowledge management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive greater efficiency across the media function.
  • Support internal communications and knowledge sharing across regional teams.

  • Experience within a media, marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
  • Understanding of media planning, campaign delivery, and the paid media landscape.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, media operations, or campaign management is desirable.
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools is advantageous.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
