Our client is an award-winning independent agency with great clients across a variety of sectors and a strong stance on people and culture excellence. Based in Central London, we’re looking for a Media Operations person who will work with teams to ensure effective campaign delivery for client campaigns utilising tools and efficient agency processes, as well as working with the finance team to support finance reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head of Digital Operations, you will be responsible for the operational infrastructure to deliver digital campaigns for the agency
- Audit and optimise existing campaign delivery workflows, understanding barriers and suggesting enhancements to ensure the smooth running of client campaigns
- Work with the wider team to ambassador and onboard new media operations tools, including troubleshooting, effective delivery and ongoing training and development
- Oversee the trafficking of all digital campaigns (display, video and programmatic), ensuring campaign set up across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain reporting templates, becoming the key point of escalation for the successful management of digital campaigns
- Work with the Finance team to ensure effective finance reconciliation from creating orders, through to billing

We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an operations role, ideally gained within a media agency, publisher or technology-focussed business
- Experience using Campaign Manager 360, from setting up campaigns, to trafficking and reporting
- Tech-minded, with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, experience implementing processes through liaising with multiple teams supported with the right documentation and processes
- Analytical-minded, curious about delivering efficiencies across the agency and implementing better ways of working
- Capable of juggling multiple projects with great attention to detail
