Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency for UEFA Women’s Football and the exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Within this partnership, we will support UC3, the new venture between UEFA and European Club Association (ECA), in managing media partners for the 2025–2030 cycle. This role will focus primarily on:
- Leading the media partnership relations with priority broadcast partners.
- Playing a key role in managing all media partner relationships within UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading media partner relationships as a primary point of contact between Two Circles & broadcasters, ensuring seamless communication with UC3 and close collaboration with the Head of Partnership Management.
- Managing partner onboarding & enablement by owning processes for training and access, planning and delivering workshops and platform familiarisation sessions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across internal/external teams including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial, broadcast, ticketing, legal, and finance.
- Contributing to performance reporting & insights delivery to ensure partners maximise engagement opportunities while fulfilling coverage and contractual obligations.
- Driving rights marketing implementation by proactively engaging partners in Two Circles’ Rights Marketing Programme, to boost digital & linear viewership.
- Developing proactive opportunities with key broadcast partners, maintaining strong relationships across all capabilities.
- Supporting UC3’s operational set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and UEFAAdmin.
- Coaching & managing media partnership management team members to ensure excellent client and partner servicing.

Requirements
What We’re Looking for
- Proven experience managing and activating media/broadcast partnerships for major sports properties.
- Strong understanding of live media production and broadcast operations.
- Exceptional communicator & relationship builder, with confidence to solve problems creatively and deliver value.
- Proactive, can-do mindset—constantly questioning processes and suggesting improvements.
- Deep knowledge of the sports media industry and its evolving dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Fluent written & spoken English (additional languages highly valued).
- Passion for sport and women’s football.
- Willingness & readiness to travel across Europe & the Americas as required.
