Media Partnerships Lead

Media Partnerships Lead

About the Role

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business dedicated to growing audiences and revenues through deep fan insights.

We help clients leverage what their fans value by understanding their behaviours—spending habits, event attendance, communication channels, content preferences, and beyond. By uncovering these truths, we empower our clients to grow their audiences and revenues, both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business.

Trusted by over 900 global clients, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, Visa, NFL, Nike, and Amazon, we operate across 14 offices, serving sports and entertainment businesses worldwide—of every size and shape.

Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency for UEFA Women’s Football and the exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Within this partnership, we will support UC3, the new venture between UEFA and European Club Association (ECA), in managing media partners for the 2025–2030 cycle. This role will focus primarily on:

  • Leading the media partnership relations with priority broadcast partners.
  • Playing a key role in managing all media partner relationships within UEFA Women’s Champions League.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading media partner relationships as a primary point of contact between Two Circles & broadcasters, ensuring seamless communication with UC3 and close collaboration with the Head of Partnership Management.
  • Managing partner onboarding & enablement by owning processes for training and access, planning and delivering workshops and platform familiarisation sessions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across internal/external teams including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial, broadcast, ticketing, legal, and finance.
  • Contributing to performance reporting & insights delivery to ensure partners maximise engagement opportunities while fulfilling coverage and contractual obligations.
  • Driving rights marketing implementation by proactively engaging partners in Two Circles’ Rights Marketing Programme, to boost digital & linear viewership.
  • Developing proactive opportunities with key broadcast partners, maintaining strong relationships across all capabilities.
  • Supporting UC3’s operational set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and UEFAAdmin.
  • Coaching & managing media partnership management team members to ensure excellent client and partner servicing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
