Position: Media Performance Executive
Company Description
We help brands make bold moves.
In today’s market, brands demand rapid, spectacular growth—and media must deliver it. Clients no longer ask for incremental campaigns like “deliver 80% awareness” or “impactful holiday marketing”. Now they demand:
- “Take me from 4th to 1st in my category”
- “Help me grow 10% in a declining market at 10% decline”
- “Make me the most loved brand in my industry”
These big asks require bold shifts in strategy—changes that go beyond tweaking old media plans. Decades of research prove it: without disruption, large brands stay large and small brands stay small.
That’s why Zenith helps brands make bold moves—revolutionary, high-impact strategies that yield superior results for both brands and consumers.
Bold moves deliver bigger ROI. This approach isn’t just theoretical—it’s backed by forecasted growth, fostering stronger client partnerships, and drives greater value for all. Recognised as the UK’s best media agency, we prioritise innovation, partners with success-linked growth goals, and put actual impact at the heart of our work.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
At Zenith UK, we believe an inclusive culture where every talent thrives makes us stronger, more innovative, and forward-thinking. We actively support Publicis Groupe’s talent engagement, inclusion programmes, and encourage employees to drive meaningful change within our agency.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
