Account Manager | Independent Media Agency | London | Up to £45,000 DOE
We are delighted to be partnering with one of London's most respected independent media agencies on the search for a talented Account Manager.

MUST HAVES
- Proven experience in a media agency in a planning and buying role
- Strong cross-channel media knowledge across multiple platforms
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Exceptional attention to detail across plans, reports and financial admin
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
THE ROLE
As Account Manager you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of clients, working closely with senior leadership to deliver innovative, effective media campaigns. You will be the day-to-day lead for your accounts while also developing the talent around you.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing junior planners, buyers and executives
- Delivering effective and innovative media planning and buying across all channels
- Staying ahead of the latest media technology, trends and opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client and media owner relationships
- Contributing to new business pitches and proactively identifying growth opportunities
- Overseeing financial administration including billing, forecasting and reporting
- Ensuring all client deliverables are accurate, on time and to the highest standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Media agency background at planner/buyer or senior executive level
- Strong cross-channel media knowledge
- IPA qualifications (or working towards — supported by the agency)
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification (desirable)
- Commercially minded with a proactive, ideas-driven approach
- A natural relationship builder — with clients, media owners and internal teams
